The History … discover
ORIGINES ITALIAN RESTAURANT was born from a mix of coincidences and fate. We were searching for a small neighbourhood restaurant where our project could come to life: creating a place where the atmosphere and the cuisine would make guests “feel at home”.
For our guests, it would be a moment of sharing Italian culture and traditions; for Italians far from home, it would be a return to their Origins.
When we discovered “Origines”, the first thing that struck us was its name, whose meaning already embodied part of our vision.
Upon stepping inside, all we needed was to close our eyes for a moment to imagine the sage-green colour, the homemade pasta, the soft lighting of an elegant dining room… and feel that we were finally in the right place.

Expert in fresh pasta production and passionate about cooking techniques, with over 15 years of experience between Italy and France.
